Hershey had major surgery last Saturday night....I was so upset. I was alone, Mike was out of town and Cassie at her first Semi-Formal Dance. I was scared and didn't know what to do......A trip to the Vet @ 9:30, and I was told she had a tumor and was bleeding. We went ahead with the surgery and she did well. The tumor was the size of an orange...... He then told me that she would not have made it until morning. He took the tumor out and her spleen.
She seems to be healing well, and we couldn't be happier.......
Crazy! what we will do for our pets, but she is a member of our family!

oh, goodness, i'm glad you caught tht in time. Abby just had a tumor taken from her paw. She is recovering well and feeling much better. those dogs of ours!
Yeah, we know how you feel. We love our dogs, although I personally prefer Abby. She is way nicer than Hershey. But I think I would be sad if Hershey died.
